CoCo is a coworking and collaborative space in Lowertown St. Paul (and coming soon to other Twin Cities locations), where independent workers, small businesses and corporate workgroups can gather to share ideas, team up on projects and get some work done. We’re an alternative to working from home, meeting at the local coffee shop or wherever you usually meet.
Coworking
Our coworking space includes abundant seating at library tables and in our lounge area. We offer both social and full memberships. As a coworker, you have open access to such amenities as coffee, wi-fi, meeting rooms and a networked printer/copier. Learn more
Colocation
We have semi-private, permanent spaces for small, 2-to-4 person companies that want the benefits of coworking, but also need some privacy. Colocated companies have access to the same amenities as coworkers, as well as 24/7 passcard access. Learn more
Meeting space
Our conference rooms, which seat 10 and 20 people, are available for rent by non-members. Learn more
Collaboration space
We have a “war room” with lots of whiteboard and wall space – ideal for teams that want to camp out and be immersed in their ideas. Learn more
