If you read about us in the Star Tribune, you might be asking: how does this crazy thing called coworking actually work?
Here’s a quick bit of orientation:
- We offer multiple plans for people who want to visit a lot…or just a little. See our offerings.
- We’re in Lowertown St. Paul.* See our map/directions page
- Our hours are M-F, 9-5. You’re free to visit anytime to check us out. No appointment necessary.
- We are coming to Minneapolis. Hope to open the doors on a cool, centrally located space by Jan. 1.
*Minneapolitans: St. Paul is that other city you sometimes drive past on your way to/from the Dells.
Oh, and we should mention that Molly Young and Glen Stubbe did a bang-up job with this article. Thanks!

At times it felt like Radio Ga Ga, as Kyle and I figured out how to work the microphones at last week’s appearance on Pamela Muldoon’s Next Stage Business Radio Show. But Pamela, being the professional she is, made it easy peasy for us to talk about how the CoCo idea came about and what we hope to see the space become in the coming months.
In case you haven’t noticed, the mainstream business press is definitely paying attention to coworking. Here are some recent articles:
What a day! WCCO decided in their morning editorial meeting to do a piece on coworking. By 11 a.m., they were out at CoCo shooting B-roll footage and talking to our members. Then they were off to shoot some more at The 3rd Place. By 5 p.m. the piece was on the air. Now that’s what you call fast and nimble.
