Individual membership at CoCo gives you access to a variety of spaces for working, collaborating and meeting. As with all CoCo memberships, you get:
- Unlimited Wi-Fi and coffee
- Use of a networked printer/scanner/copier
- Access to both the Minneapolis and St. Paul locations as you wish.
- Discount on 1/2-day and all-day guest passes.
Part Time membership
This is for occasional visits. You can visit CoCo one day per week during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) up to 5 days per month. This is a month-to-month membership. A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $50 is required.

Not part time, not quite full time. This membership gives you access to CoCo up to 3 days per week. This is a month-to-month membership. A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $50 is required.

In addition to all the basic member benefits. You also get access to conference rooms, for up to 2 hours at a time. This is a month-to-month membership. A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $50 is required.

Full Time w/ dedicated desk (Single campsite)
This membership gives you a desk to call your own! In addition, this membership includes 24/7 keycard access. Requires a 6-month commitment and a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $150.

Day pass
Perfect for out-of-town visitors, a day pass gives you an alternative to working in your hotel room or (gasp!) the hotel’s business center. You get space to work, Wi-Fi, coffee and printer/copier services. Just show up during business hours and we’ll get you set up!

The following services are available as add-ons to Individual memberships.
- 24/7 keycard access – $30/month (included with all campsite memberships, and available as an upgrade only for Full Time members)
- Post office box (a unique suite number at our address – good for SEO!) – $20/month
- Storage locker – $30/month
- VLAN – $50/month with a $35 setup fee
- VOIP phone service – $24.95/month with a $40 setup fee (details available upon request)

When you register, you’ll be setting up an account with us and we will charge a one-time registration fee to your credit card. Your membership payments won’t begin until the 1st of the month you indicate you want your membership to begin.
